WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept bank transfer, cash & cheques.
WHAT ABOUT FUEL?
We supply the machines with full tanks. We expect the machines to come back with full tanks. If not then we will charge you to fil them up on their return.
WHAT IF I CANNOT DO THE WORK MYSELF?
What if I cannot do the work or feel uncomfortable attempting the work. We can look at getting you a price for doing all of the groundwork for you. All you will need to do is purchase the materials.
HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL IN TERMS OF PLANT HIRE?
Generally, it is within 60km or 40 miles of our base at Romagny-Fontenay 50140. However, it is always worth a chat if you are outside this footprint!
WHAT IF THE MACHINES GET DAMAGED?
If the machines are damaged then we will repair them as quickly as possible to mitigate any costs to all parties. We will never charge over or above the repair costs to our customers.
WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WANT
We will come out and look at the job for you. We can then listen to what you want to do and advise you of the most cost-effective way of completing the works.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON COVID 19?
We will always ensure that we minimise the risk to our customers, suppliers & ourselves so we adopt the national & local government advice in terms of social distancing, wearing masks, washing hands & cleaning down kit after hire.
It is also possible that COVID 19 restrictions or other related issues may affect our service but we will work hard to avoid this where possible.
